Fredrik brings more than 18 years of experience in product and design, including leading large design teams inside technology companies such as Pennylane. He has also founded and sold businesses, giving him a practical understanding of the decisions, constraints and responsibilities on the other side of the table.

Victor works across digital products, brand identities and websites, with experience in marketing, motion design and video production. He connects the details of how a product works with how a business presents itself, helping the experience feel considered wherever customers encounter it.
