We designed and developed WTE’s chat-based AI companion for iOS, Android and web. It brings relocation support into a conversational experience, helping people explore their options and take the next step towards moving to Germany.

The portals behind the service.

We built two dedicated portals to support WTE’s operations, including customer support and enterprise teams. Connected to the companion, they give the people delivering the service the tools they need to manage their part of the work.

A website for customers and partners.

We designed and developed WTE’s website to serve people planning their move to Germany and organisations looking to work with WTE. Individuals can explore relocation support, check eligibility and book a consultation. Businesses and potential partners can understand the offer, explore collaboration opportunities and contact the team.

A consistent brand across every channel.

We created WTE’s visual identity and documented it in brand guidelines for use across the app, website, social content and print. We also developed AI guidelines to help the team apply the brand consistently in its own AI-assisted work.

Reaching people planning their move.

We create and run WTE’s social advertising, combining static creatives with short videos featuring Jakob. The content explains the routes to Germany and the support WTE provides, giving people a clear next step.

We set up the campaigns, track performance and refine the targeting and creative based on the results.
